Greeley County Health Services is the combination of multiple healthcare service lines with an integrated approach to treating the patient, their family and the communities we serve. This is accomplished by uniting the services of a Hospital, Long-Term Care, two Family Practice Clinics (Tribune and Sharon Springs), and a variety of out-patient and ancillary services.

Greeley County Health Services is located in Tribune, Kansas with a service area that covers a large portion of western Kansas including the primary communities of Greeley and Wallace County, Kansas. Greeley County is located on the western border of Kansas, 3 1/2 hours from Denver, Colorado and 6 hours from Wichita, Kansas. Wallace County is immediately north of Greeley County, with Tribune and Sharon Springs separated by 31 miles of Kansas Highway 27.

Greeley County Health Services has dramatically stabilized and expanded healthcare in this region and given economic support to the surrounding rural economy. Under the leadership and stability of two physicians, Dr. Robert Moser, M.D. and Dr. Wendel Ellis, D.O, the organization has grown from a hospital and private practice of one physician into a system of care known as Greeley County Health Services.
